How long would it take before I get the results?


You will receive the results within 24 hours after your test has been taken. As soon as we know your result, we will inform you by SMS text message and email.




Do I get a stick in my nose? (Swap Test)


No, we believe a good holiday doesn't include a stick on your nose. Our tests are spit tests with the same accuracy as the swap test.




For which countries is the travel certificate valid?


Our travel certificates are under supervisory of our doctor(s), they sign the travel certificates and ensure the results are accurate. Are travel certificates are valid for all countries within the European Union; including the United Kingdom (UK). As countries may change the rules, please consult the government website of your arrival country for the latest requirements.




Do you process tests on Saturday and Sunday?


Yes we do! However, we have limited timeslots and space available. For tests during the weekend we recommend you to book your tests in advance.




Can I pay in cash?


Cash is an important carrier of virusses. We prefer you in advance. We do make excemptions, please contact our customer service.




What if my test is positive?


If your test is positive, we recommend you to contact a doctor. The email with test results, will have further instructions on who and when you should contact.




What if I miss my appointment?


Our driver will wait onsite for 15 minutes and if you are not available we will consider your appointment a no show. No refunds will be issued.




Are you a doctor or a medical professional?


No, we only facilitate the transportation of samples.




Can I change my appointment?


Yes and no, this is based on availability. We recommend to reach out as soon as you know you would like to change your appointment.




What is your refund policy?


Our business requires a lot of planning and scheduling in advance. Due to limited availability of tests, we schedule in and reserve in advance. We offer limited refunds up to 48 hours before the test will take place.




What if my flight is delayed?


Unfortuately this is out of our control. In this specific case, we recommend you reach out to your Airline and asks for further information. In this specific case, we suggest you to research the governmental website of the arriving country.




What are the technical specifications for the PCR Test?


Our tests are performed and analyzed with the highest standards. Our labs are specialised in executing the tests and quarantee the following specifications: - Sensitivity of 92% - Specifity of 100% These specifications meet the requirements of all EU countries, including the United Kingdom.




What are the technical specifications for the Antigen Test?


Our tests are performed and analyzed with the highest standards. Our labs are specialised in executing the tests and quarantee the following specifications: - Sensitivity of 98.1% - Specifity of 99.33% These specifications meet the requirements of all EU countries, including the United Kingdom.
